RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drafting written communications for clients and tax agencies
• Preparing interim and annual accounting
• Tax return preparation for:
  • Individuals
  • Corporations
  • Estates, Gifts, & Trusts
  • Partnerships
  • Payroll
  • Sales Tax
  • Tangible Personal Property
• Financial statement engagements

QUALIFICATIONS:

· REQUIRED:

• Either a bachelor’s degree in accounting or minimum 2 years public accounting/tax preparation experience
• Bilingual: English and Spanish
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word

· PREFERRED:

• Proficiency in ProSeries and/or QuickBooks
• CPA or CPA candidate

COMPENSATION: $60,000 minimum (NEGOTIABLE) + overtime
